AIM Team Camp Fundraiser WOD

Saturday, May 6th we will be hosting the AIM Team Camp fundraiser workout. It will start at 9:00am. Grab a friend and join in on a great community event. It will be $20 per person and open to anyone 13 or older. You do not have to be a CrossFit Embolden member and you do not have to have any workout/ CF experience. There will be coaches there to modify the workout if necessary. See yall there!
